Answering a Phone Call

Wrong:  "Yeah!! Who is it??" Don't waste time to give your name. it is not necessary to ever give your name. "What do you want?!?!?"

Right:  Be polite, answer and speak clearly (hello, John here, who is calling please) Speak into the phone and speak so that you are sure you can be easily understood - with a positive tone of voice.
