Telephones Using a Cell Phone Wrong: Talk loud and obnoxious, regardless of where you may be and who may be around you. Your cell phone is the most important thing in the world and you should use it anywhere and at anytime you so desire. It is not necessary to worry about other people when you are on your precious cell phone. Right: Not in a movie, not in a restaurant, not in a store, not on a train. Use a hand free phone while driving your car. Have respect for anyone close to you so that your conversation remains private. Think how your cell phone use is effecting others near you while you are talking.
