In The Car Making a Left Turn Wrong: When driving and pulling up to an intersection to make a left turn the driver places his car right in the middle of the road. This prevents the cars behind him from passing, as there is not enough room to go around his car. This holds up traffic and creates unnecessary annoyance for the cars lined up behind this selfish, thoughtless driver. Right: When driving and pulling up to an intersection to make a left turn, the driver steers his car as close as possible to the double yellow line in the center of the road. This allows cars behind him or her to easily pass to the right on the shoulder and helps maintain the flow of traffic. This driver is intelligent and thoughtful of others.
